We helped the customers choose TandoStone’s Stacked Stone in Glacier Bay, extending it up five feet on the foundation to break up the siding. The foundation was crumbling and losing mortar, so the new composite stone provided the appearance of a precision hand-laid dry stack stone without mortar to maintain. We felt the light neutral grays of Glacier Bay would nicely contrast with the black trim accents. When customers see photos of our TandoStone projects, they are absolutely amazed. They can’t believe TandoStone isn’t real masonry stone and the compliments they receive after we’ve completed the job tell it all. We used TandoStone for knee walls which were 30 - 36 inches high. We completed the knee walls five full months ahead of schedule. We were able to sail through two to three units a week – which was just incredible. We were trained by TandoStone reps, and found it installs very similar to the siding my crews are used to installing – same tools and all.
